Dinesh founded SHRC (earlier named SOS Talent in 2019). As a Human Resources Leader, with more than 25 years of global corporate experience, Dinesh has worked both in North America and India. He’s skilled in building relationships and driving change, tackling business challenges with confidence.
Dinesh is both strategic as well as hands-on. Also having served on the Board of Professional Associations as well as on not-for-profit organizations for many years, he looks at both long-term vision and short-term strategy.
He has 25 years of global Strategic and Hands-on experience, working in India and North America
Hammad specializes in Career Transformation for newcomers. Most newcomers struggle in reinventing their careers in Canada. He mentors newcomers in identifying the skills relevant to the Canadian job market and aligning their experiences based on local market needs.
